Our Spring 2017 10-Week Challenge will begin April 1st, 2017!

Join the premier fitness program in LaVista, Nebraska as you add muscle, lose fat and transform your body and mind. No gimmicks, just fun exercise!

When I am not on the mats I am spending time with my beautiful children and my husband, Jake who is also a member of the gym!
